Pauly’s Party Rentals & Events Client Agreement
PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
1. 50% deposit due upon order or booking and remaining balance is due the day of event.
2. Cancellation of rental or booking 30 days or less prior to pick up or set up, deposit is forfeited.
3. Any vandalism, theft, or damage to rental property is the responsibility of the customer while in their possession.
4. Pauly’s Party Rentals & Events shall not be liable for any and all injuries or damage caused to any persons, property, materials, stock or other things including attorney fees and other cost that may be incurred during a rental or event.
5. Client agrees to release and hold Pauly’s Party Rentals & Events harmless for damages caused to persons or things falling over or coming in contact with ropes, stakes, poles, or other supports of the company, including attorney fees and other costs that may be incurred.
6. Any full/partial damage to any items while in the possession of the client due solely to the negligence of the renter, their agents, employees, or guests, shall leave said renter liable and responsible for all damages suffered.
7. Table and chair pricing does not include set up or take down. Additional fees required, contact for quote.
8. Rentals and events scheduled 6 days or less, prior to event date will require payment in full at the time of booking.
9. Client agrees to be responsible for and liable to pay the cost of any damage to the items rented or apart of event booking from Pauly’s Party Rentals & Events. Client agrees to pay those costs upon receipt from Pauly’s Party Rentals & Events within 7 days of notified receipt.
10. Emergency contact number/(s) will be provided at the time of booking. Please text/call given number in case of missing or damaged items. Leave voicemail if no response or contact. No invoice will be credited for missing or damaged items that were not reported prior to event starting.
